The design process

Enquiry
Complete the enquiry form with a few photos and an approximate budget. No detailed plans are needed at this stage.

Free call
A free 30-minute video call to discuss the space, any challenges and the scope of the project, with no obligation to proceed.

Proposal
A proposal outlining the fixed fee and schedule is sent after the call. A 50% deposit confirms the project, with the balance due on delivery.

Design
The design is delivered within seven days. One or two rounds of revisions are included.

Install
Optional, London only. We take in the furniture, build it, put it in place and style the rooms on site.
When to get in touch
Any time, including a home that is already finished.
Once the purchase has completed and the keys are yours. Get in touch as early as you can — we prepare the drawings and submit the application to the council.
What's included
- Layout drawings, with elevations for kitchens and bathrooms
- Styling options for each room, with a total price for each one
- Every product linked to a shop, with our trade price beside it
- One or two rounds of revisions
What's not included
- Building work, quoted separately after the call
- Structural calculations and planning applications
- Furniture, finishes and delivery costs
The list above covers design and styling projects. Renovations and extensions, including the drawings, are taken on as well — those are scoped and quoted after the free call.
Payment
The fee is agreed before anything starts. Half to begin, half on delivery. Bank transfer or card.
